Draft Website Terms
Draft for review — not effective. These working terms are not an agreement and must not be relied on as effective website, product, service, or evaluation terms. Counsel must approve the final scope, rights, remedies, governing law, jurisdiction, and effective date.
Website purpose
The V1 website provides general information about Keller AI and Archangel and offers two ways to start a conversation: a product demo request or a general Contact inquiry. The final terms must define the approved website-purpose boundary.
Proposed no-commitment boundary
If approved, the final terms would clarify that a website visit or form submission does not itself grant product access or establish a purchase, service, or evaluation commitment. Product access, services, evaluations, customer materials, pricing, and related data practices require separate approved terms.
Proposed acceptable use
Counsel must decide the effective acceptable-use language. This draft proposes limiting use to the website's informational and inquiry functions and prohibiting interference with the site, harmful code, and attempts to bypass its public interfaces.
Terms intentionally left open
This draft does not propose intellectual-property rights, licenses, warranties, liability limits, indemnities, dispute terms, governing law, or jurisdiction. Those subjects require human and counsel decisions and must not be inferred from this page.
Availability and changes
This draft makes no availability, maintenance, response-time, retention, or change-management commitment. Counsel must decide whether and how an effective notice addresses those subjects.
